1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify target customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Monitor market dynamics and adjust marketing approaches accordingly.

2. Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote products or services.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to reach target audiences.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful marketing materials and content.

3. Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, events, and digital marketing efforts.
- Qualify leads, understand their needs, and tailor product/service offerings to match their requirements.
- Engage prospects, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively communicate the value proposition to drive conversions.

4. Sales and Negotiation:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Manage the sales process from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Conduct negotiations, address customer objections, and navigate pricing discussions.

5. Customer Relationship Management:
- Nurture existing customer relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.

6. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

7. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

8. Continuous Learning and Industry Knowledge:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a specialist or coordinator role.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
